Our dream of living in paradise started over 20 years ago when we just couldn't see ourselves living anywhere else! We created a business from what we love doing — helping people make great memories to forever share and hold for years to come. We thought, why not have the best of both worlds, land and sea?!

So I (Lu) got my boater’s captain’s license, “Capt Stiletto,” and we started renting boats along with our many rental homes. Mitch, with his experience being a business owner for over 30 years, has completed what is now called our wonderful “Nothing Better…” life.
